Manager Legal

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:   Responsible for providing legal and compliance services to the country (Colombia)   Key Responsibilities:   Provide legal advice and support to all functional areas in the country regarding contracts, labor matters, franchising, anti-trust, corporate law, consumer rights, international trade, foreign exchange restrictions   Management of labor litigation and any other type of litigation   Management of consumer complaints   Ensure compliance with local laws in the market   Responsible for providing training in anti-trust, contracts, corrupt practices, fraud and sexual harassment   Ensuring that all expenses for legal costs remain within budget   Contract drafting   Contract negotiations   Responsible for supporting LAM compliance officer of the country   Management of legal service providers in the country                                                                                                   Key Relationships:    All functions/channels in the country   Knowledge Skills and Abilities :   Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc   Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:   5 Years experience
