Manager Record To Report

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:As Manager of the accounting area within the team, the main focus of this role is to manage the respective team members and to be responsible for creating and maintaining sustainable, accurate and efficient processes. Key Responsibilities:Ensure the correct accounting treatment is applied Perform month-end-closing, corrections and in-depth analysis of accounting topics to ensure the accuracy in the financial statementPrepare/update documentation of accounting and reporting procedures Knowledge Skills and Abilities:Understanding of complex accounting matters,.Adaptable, flexible, and able to deal with differente changesAbility to mediate and bring different stakeholders Deadline driven, results-oriented, highly responsible and accountable. Must be extremely proactive, have strong initiative and be self-motivated. Good problem-solving skills; strong decision-making skillsMust have strong accounting skills.Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance.Fluency in written & spoken English.Advanced in Excel/Word/PowerPoint.SAP experience preferred
