The company has grown from 3 to over 500 full-time employees in the last 9 years, with more than 2500 staff who provide expert support to students aspiring to gain admissions to the Ivy League, Oxbridge and other world-leading institutions.Our team is looking to bring on someone to support the growth of marketing initiatives within the Spanish-speaking Latin American market. This entry to mid level role is responsible for implementing effective marketing initiatives through planning, researching, designing, and executing marketing strategy across online and in-person events and activities.The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, passionate about learning and a highly creative innovator with a growth mindset.This is a remote, contractor position, preferably in Latin America or in a compatible timezone, requiring fluency in Spanish . However, this job description is written in English because you will need to collaborate and communicate with international coworkers and leadership.Responsibilities include:Plan, execute and monitor organic Latam social media channels, from content creation (video, static images, written posts) and running promotions to engagement with followers, delivering exceptional customer service.Identify mutually beneficial marketing opportunities with potential social media partners and influencers.Prepare creatives and copy for paid social media ads for the Latam region (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.).Produce and/or localize high-level written content in Spanish including blog posts, e-books, client case studies, infographics, webinar slides, email marketing, ad copy, etc, that leads the customer on a buying journey.Design creative content for social media, emails, webinar slides, etc. while following our brand look and feel.Manage a budget for organic and offline initiatives.Able to analyze data and think strategically about where to invest budget and how to improve lead generation and conversion.Support with planning and outreach and participation in in-person and online events representing Crimson Education with a lead generation mindset.What skills and experience are required?Fluent/native Spanish speaker with strong writing skills.Advanced English is required (including strong listening, writing and speaking skills for interaction with our international team).Bachelor's degree required (degrees related to Marketing, Communications and Design fields preferred).A good eye for design and experience with design platforms like Canva and Photoshop.1 year+ of professional experience in marketing and communications.Experience in social media marketing including Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.You'll stand out if you have:Experience in the education sector.Knowledge of the college admissions and/or education industry.Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as Marketo, and Storyblok.Familiarity or experience with Google Search Optimization (SEO).A proven track record of revenue acquisition through marketing strategy and execution.Experience with in-person event planning and execution.Personal experience with international education (an exchange experience, a course or degree from an international university, etc.)Knowledge of Portuguese (Brazilian) is a plus.What personal qualities are we looking for?High learning agility and passion for learning new things.Growth mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Ability to self-manage and balance competing priorities in a remote-working environment.Creativity and drive - you love to explore new ideas and can see a project through from start to finish on time.Collaborative and communicative.
