The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leadership to enhance our online presence, optimize our product offerings, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities: Daily management and oversight of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring operational excellence. Collaborate with leadership to formulate and execute strategies for sales growth and revenue enhancement. Handle product management tasks, including inventory oversight, product listings, and optimization for an engaging online presence. Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to broaden our brand's reach and deepen customer engagement. Analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. Maintain a superior online shopping experience, focusing on customer satisfaction from browsing through post-purchase. Requirements: Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills for internal coordination. Expertise in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, with a strong preference for candidates experienced with Faire and TikTok Shop. A robust understanding of e-commerce best practices, including digital marketing and sales strategy. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team leaders to meet and exceed business objectives.
