Job Title: Operations Manager - Latam Location: Remote (EST Timezone) Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST Job Description:   At our organization, we buy and improve companies, helping them grow and succeed. We need an Operations Manager who is quick, detail-focused, and good at handling many tasks at once. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys translating vision into action, effectively becoming the bridge between big ideas and practical implementation. About You: You are proactive & impatient, but a friendly communicator. You are gifted at reading both people and situations effectively, priding yourself on your intuition. When faced with a difficult situation involving people, you have the ability to convert the unfriendly environment to a more civil atmosphere and influence others to cooperate. Those who know you would describe you as impatient, and mention that you can overwhelm others with your speedy delivery. While you sometimes move too quickly, you enjoy "spinning plates" and thrive in an environment with lots of moving parts. You find it difficult to delegate until trust is earned, and may "test" others until they've proven their worthiness at a given task. You're a detail-oriented perfectionist who gets the job done. Key Responsibilities: Solving Problems: Find problems and figure out why they happen. Make a plan to fix them so they don't happen again. Automate the mundane: Use automation to streamline processes. Manage the deal pipeline: Oversee the deal pipeline, using detailed checklists to ensure data is gathered and each step meets our high standards. Organize Calendars and Emails: Keep calendars and emails tidy so nothing gets missed or forgotten. Write Everything Down: Keep notes on what we decide and do, so everyone knows what's happening. Communicate Clearly: Talk and write clearly and listen well to your boss and teammates, especially when things are very busy or stressful. Skills and Qualifications: You have worked as an Operations Manager or Executive Assistant for an American CEO helping bosses or businesses stay organized. Tech Skills: You're good with computers and online tools like Notion, Google Suite, AI tools, Zapier, Make.com, and Airtable. Problem-Solving: You are great at figuring out problems and finding ways to solve them. Well Organized: You love keeping things in order and are very careful about details. Great Communicator: You're good at explaining things clearly in English, both speaking and writing. Calm Under Pressure:  You stay calm and clear-headed, even when things are busy or stressful. Personality Traits: Values Simplicity: You focus on creating simple, yet effective solutions to complex problems. Resilient: You handle stress well and stay composed in challenging situations. Proactive Problem Solver: You are quick to address issues before they escalate. Detail-Oriented: You are meticulous and ensure no detail is overlooked. Additional Requirements: Technology: Must own a Mac or iPhone. English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Join our team!
