Team OverviewWe are looking for a data-driven passionate & talented marketer who can analyze market trends and consumer behavior to develop and execute effective tactic marketing strategies for demand activation across LATAM. This person must be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, listening to colleagues' needs to align goals and expectations in a fast-growing and rapidly changing environment, and identifying market challenges and opportunities to support the company's objectives. In this role, you will be reporting to the Passenger Marketing Manager. 
Role ResponsibilitiesWhat will you be doing?
Create end-to-end strategies for demand activationCoordinating with stakeholders in the Rides Latam Business for the implementation of initiatives to attend to immediate demand needs.Understand customer pain points and needs to provide solutions through communications.Participate in product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience.Develop compelling product narratives and value propositions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans.Create briefs and work with the Creative Team to develop the best communications for passengers.Analyze business and marketing data to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.Role QualificationsRequirements
BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related EducationHave +2 years of experience in MarketingExperience creating & executing strategic CRM marketing campaignsAnalytical capacity to deliver results, ability to justify the implementation of marketing and communication strategies with their corresponding KPIs and desired outcomes.Proven experience and knowledge in copywriting.Work hand-in-hand with key partners from internal areasAbility to brief and evaluate creative & media strategies Fully understand the role of marketing communication in driving usage and revenue growth. Passion for high performance: A track record of being an energetic & optimistic team member with a collaborative spirit and the ability to influence and unify cross-functional teams, peers, and leaders. Fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory. EEO StatementWe create customer value – We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
