Pur Compensation and benefits Lead, you will be working closely with the people team and managers across the organization to understand the current state of our compensation and benefits guidelines and propose improvement opportunities to have consistency across the organization while we grow the business and the team.What you will do Build and launch Addi's compensation philosophy : Develop consistent, competitive and cost efficient compensation programs for all the geographies where addi has colleagues. Suggest improvements on our current compensation guidelines, while generating data to improve decision making on talent attraction, career development and promotions.Improve current people operation processes:  Refine reporting and improve and automate people operations processes to deliver a high level of service to our colleagues.Build an expert and high performance team to scale the People operations function from operational to strategic.Requirements Extensive experience in design and implementation benefits and compensation programs, salary bands and applicable legislation in Colombia and LATAM tech companies.Performed salary reviews based on market and sector-specific benchmarking to ensure competitivenessExperience managing stock options programs in startupsLeadership experience in people operations teams that include payroll and vendors managementStrong analytical skills and proficiency in using compensation and HRIS systems to analyze data and generate reports.detail-oriented and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Fluent in English and excellent communication and organizational skills.Work on a problem that matters and help change customers' lives.Build a lasting company from the very beginning, helping define every aspect of it.Massive market opportunity ahead of us; we are growing faster than pretty much any other fintech lender was at our stage.Work alongside a great and diverse team that cares about what we are doing and how we are doing it.Generous compensation, including equity, 100% health insurance (and 100% for dependents), flexible time-off, learning budget, and visa sponsorship for foreigners.#J-18808-Ljbffr
