ResponsibilitiesSpearhead collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and user needs.Lead the development team in refining user stories, gathering requirements, and defining acceptance criteria.Drive and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Act as a primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring effective communication and expectations management.Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to drive strategic product decisions.Make data-driven decisions based on in-depth analysis, user research, and business goals to shape the product strategy.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Owner.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.Expert understanding of agile methodologies.Proven leadership and mentorship skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.In-depth experience with user research techniques and market analysis.Track record of successfully launching and iterating on digital products.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.Competencies:
