Hi, is Verónica from CI&T!I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Colombia for a QA Automation Mid-Level position to join us!Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases for our web components.- Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of software.- Application of concepts such as the Test Pyramid- Solution for regression and acceptance testing- Training your team membersRequirements for this challenge:- Experience with Test automation (e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Jest) for back and Frontend- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal for a Technical and Non-Technical audience.- Experience in planning, controlling, specifying and executing web based tests.- Experience in defining, collecting, measuring, and presenting Quality Metrics for continuous improvement- Task management tools (e.g. GitLab, JIRA)- Experience in documentation to clearly report defects and improvements;- Knowledge of testing pyramid;- Advanced English level for conversation.Nice to have- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and tools like Storybook- Familiarity with React and Java or Kotlin- Health plan and dental plan;- Extended parenting leave;- Gympass- Life insurance;- Partnership with an online mental health platform;- CI&T University;- Discount Club;- Support Program: financial; psychological guidance; nutritionist and more;- Pregnancy course and responsible parenthood;- Partnership with online course platforms- Platform for language learning;- And many others.#LI-MR4#J-18808-Ljbffr
