ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM: The Knot Worldwide is looking for a Sales Manager to join the B2B Sales team. The B2B unit is responsible for building rapport with business owners and advising them on how advertising on TKWW is going to help market their business to engaged couples. The Sales Manager will have direct managerial responsibilities over a sales team in the Colombian market. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales activities within assigned territories by managing the sales teams, performing sales forecasts, ensuring sales revenue and profit growth, and managing a client portfolio yourself. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Achieve and exceed the country's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales mix objectives, profit goal and market share goals. * Monitor data and analytics to calibrate approach or modify strategy as needed. * Lead, manage and motivate the team by providing clear expectations, appropriate coaching, mentoring and feedback. * Develop and implement action plans for responsible sales representatives through periodic meetings and traveling with sales representatives. REQUIREMENTS: * 2+ years of B2B sales team management experience * Domain of Google Docs, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Advanced English level * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to manage, motivate, and grow the team * Resolute and initiative person * Results-oriented analysis based on concrete actions * Experience monitoring performance indicators BENEFITS: * Fixed and variable salary * Private medical insurance * Help for teleworking
