Join us for a career that changes lives.A Day in the Life Plan and monitor customer contact center schedules and operations.Provide management information and productivity forecasts by observing customer call patterns.Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators.Schedule call center equipment maintenance and repair appointments.
