RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver implementation projects end to end and support junior implementation colleagues Gather business requirements for data collection on digital properties, apps, and IOTs Design measurement frameworks to support business requirements and key objectives Design flexible data collection techniques to support the future evolution of clients' digital ecosystems Understand and articulate data integration opportunities and value Create solutions that are designed with a cookieless future in mind Be a subject matter expert of tag management, digital analytics, and Cloud solutions Collaborate across internal teams to create data collection solutions which span all aspects of our clients' owned and earned properties Hands-on best practiced implementation and delivery of tagging client-side and server-side Be responsible for consistent work delivery and quality to global teams Design sophisticated measurement plans and orchestrate implementation of measurement techniques Provide thought leadership amongst the offshore team Promote strong collaboration and integration with the market teams Manage multi-platform implementation projects Develop plans for continued client growth and assess opportunities for expansion Key escalation point for implementation Junior to Mid-Level engineers and analysts Execute implementations to tight deadlines, working well both independently and as part of a team Communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff and the business Design testing strategies and test execution plans Understand and create the linkage between 1 st and 3 rd party data for personalization efforts Work with broader consulting teams to produce content on how analytics and testing solutions can deliver on customer objectives REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years hands-on experience with analytics implementation 5+ years hands-on experience working with tag management solutions (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Launch, Ensighten, etc.) Be an expert in Google Analytics 360, GA4, and other Google technologies University degree in a quantitative or related field or relevant work experience Masters in a quantitative field a plus Demonstrable deep knowledge and experience in analytics solutions specifically focused around digital data and tying that data to offline channels Strong analytics skills and capability within digital analytics solutions (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) Team lead, management experience Technical depth and experience with SQL Experience in leveraging Google Analytics data within GCP Experience of designing measurement frameworks You will be required to design, maintain, and build a range of analytical solutions on a cloud-based platform #J-18808-Ljbffr
