The individual should be a strategy andprocess expert who leads the QA roadmap from a vision but is adept atconverting them into execution plans. Should be extremely hands-on and beable to manage several streams of responsibility in parallel.This evidentand responsible role requires an energetic and enthusiastic leader who hasbeen a high performer and can get things done.Job Responsibilities:· Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsiblefor quality deliverables for several high-profile complexprojects.· Managerial responsibilities include Process management, qualitymanagement, people management, talent acquisition, and performancemanagement with crisp and clear KRAs and KPIs. Provide reporting of qualitymetrics· Supports automation script development and the optimization ofthose scripts. Gets involved in the training of all engineers.· Strong hands-on experience in Performance Testing, Scalability,and Reliability testing and have been responsible for developing andvalidating related requirements across multiple products Provide day-to-daytechnical guidance and hands-on help to testing teams· Bringing in best practices and owning implementation of same toQA Group across all areas of STLC· Well versed with agile methodologies and should haveimplemented agile testing practices,including but not limited tocontinuous delivery using Hudson/Jenkins, Ant/Maven, QTP/Selenium, and codecoverage tools· Deep understanding of Enterprise product architecture and goodknowledge of Java technology stack.
