The Senior Salesforce Developer is an opportunity focused on designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support our projects with our clients in the public sector.**Responsibilities**Serve as the technical expert on Salesforce.com implementations and assist the team to think through alternate solutions.Design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.Collaborate with SMEs, business analysts, and project managers to gather and analyze requirements.Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through testing and debugging.Update platforms to meet evolving client needs.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications.Define best practices and coding standards.Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends.**Position Requirements**Minimum 7 years of Salesforce development and design experience.Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and capabilities.Knowledge of programming languages like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong mentorship skills to mentor junior staff members.Preferably a Graduate degree.US citizenship required as a federal government contractor.This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of $110,000 - $150,000 for full-time employment.
