Software Automation Tester Location: Bogota, Colombia What you can expect RTRC Colombia, based in Bogotá, Colombia seeks to employ a Software Tester for challenging software products for the Energy industry. The main responsibilities of a Software Tester are:•To contribute with the tests plans and strategy according with the project goals.•To identify test risks based on project requirements.• To implement and develop automated tests based on requirements specifications.•To design and execute automated tests in different automation test tools.• To design test cases related to business workflow's scenarios and validate requirements' acceptance criteria.•Test environment preparation.•To prepare automation and manual test reports based on test tools.•To implement the different types and levels of testing that the product requires.• Reporting and monitoring bugs found by automation and manual outcomes(Azure DevOps bug report preferred).• To maintain and support test cases projects.• Be able to make presentations and provide trainings to internal customers regarding to new functionalities or features related to new projects.• To lead and coordinate the User Acceptance Tests with internal customers.• To provide application support What you bring along •Engineer or related bachelor degree.•2+ Years of relevant experience on Test Process and automation in desktop, web, mobile, APIs and performance.•Understanding of software requirements engineering.• High understanding on software testing, concepts, practices and lifecycle•High understanding on automated tests best practices.•High level of knowledge on Test Automation tools: TestLeft, Postman, Selenium, Appium.•High Programming skills: BDD, POM, OOP.•A good general knowledge of IT systems.•Quality Oriented.•Team work.•Good written communication skills in native language and English.•Expertise on Agile methodologies.• Good attitude and willing to fill gaps in technical and business knowledge.Preferred but not requiredKnowledge in the following tools: Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL server and Microsoft Office.Knowledge in software development languages: C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python.Knowledge of manual and automatic testing of algorithms and security What we offer RTRC Colombia offers an exceptional working environment, salary commensurate with experience, support for personal and professional life balance and attractive benefits package.The function enables you to participate in a continuously moving and challenging environment.
