What we are looking for? We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. As a Boolean Sourcer, you will be responsible for leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify and attract qualified candidates for our open positions. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their requirements and proactively source potential candidates using Boolean search strings and other innovative methods. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, and has a proven track record in talent sourcing.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)Proven work experience as a Boolean Source, Sourcing Specialist, or similar roleStrong expertise in using Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniquesFamiliarity with sourcing platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boardsProficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment softwareExcellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of recruitment laws and regulations (e.g., EEO, GDPR) is a plusResponsibilities: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies based on job requirementsUtilize advanced Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing methods to identify potential candidatesConduct comprehensive research and utilize various sourcing platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) to find qualified candidatesReview resumes and applications, and screen candidates based on the specified criteriaBuild and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future opportunitiesEngage with potential candidates through personalized messaging and effective communicationUtilize applicant tracking system (ATS) and other tools to track and manage candidate informationStay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment technologyCollaborate with the recruitment team to continuously improve sourcing strategies and processesProvide regular updates on sourcing activities and candidate progress to recruiters and hiring managersConditions Basic Salary: Mutual AgreementDays off: based on ops needsApply Now!
