From setting project timelines and budgets to ensuring top-tier quality, you'll oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle while leading and mentoring a team of senior engineers. This includes delivering high-quality and innovative projects within specified timelines and budgets and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and seamless collaboration.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the project's human capital, which involves tasks such as recruitment, staff retention, and performance management.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of metrics and KPIs for teams.
- Maintain a hands-on approach while facilitating effective team coordination and streamlining the development process.
- Lead, mentor, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your engineering team responsible for delivering high-quality data products.
- 7+ years of experience in Software Development and Delivery related roles.
