Scope of the Role We are searching for a versatile Digital and UI/UX Property Marketing Designer who will play a dual role in shaping our print and digital marketing materials, as well as designing user-centric interfaces for our online property listings. This role demands a blend of creativity in graphic design and expertise in UI/UX principles to ensure our marketing initiatives and digital platforms are both visually compelling and intuitively navigable. The successful candidate will transition seamlessly between creating engaging print materials and designing interactive digital experiences that resonate with users in the digital age Duties and responsibilities: Design and develop intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI/UX for BKREA's digital platforms, with a focus on enhancing the online presentation of property listings. Create a range of marketing materials in both print and digital formats, including brochures, flyers, real estate books, social media graphics, and website content. Utilize tools like Figma and Webflow to prototype and iterate on digital designs, ensuring a cohesive and brand-aligned user experience across all platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives into effective design solutions that elevate the BKREA brand and drive user engagement. Apply basic development and no-code tools to implement interactive design elements, facilitating a dynamic and responsive online presence.
