DescripciónThe Senior lawyer responsibilities will be :- Financial Reporting : Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets in accordance with Colombian accounting standards and regulations.- Accounts Payable and Receivable : Supervise the processing of invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.- Tax Compliance : Work closely with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns (, VAT, income tax) and compliance with tax laws.- Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of two accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.- Financial Analysis : Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis,and forecasting to support business decisions and improve financial performance.- Internal Controls : Develop and implement internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to accounting policies.- Audit Support : Coordinate and support external audits, prepare audit schedules, and address audit findings as needed.Perfil buscado (h / m)The successful candidate for this role will be :- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.- CPA certification or equivalent preferred.- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, with a strong understanding of Colombian accounting principles and tax regulations.- Experience managing a team or supervising junior accounting staff.- Proficiency in accounting software (, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Qué OfrecemosWe offer you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization, in a growing market in a fast paced industry.You will receive a very competitive total benefits package including an excellent base salary and bonus scheme
