While enabling Growth and driving efficiency in the lead of all project initiatives.Your Impact:As Analista de Innovacion & Comercialización your responsibilities would consist of:100% Innovation Project planning (MS Project), follow up, and management.Assure weekly status and meetings follow up with Multifunctional Teams to achieve product delivery on timeLead and Support IC creation pre AOP next to local teams and categories ANDEANLead and align beyond innovations projects to be approved by ANDEANLead directly alignment with Andean commercial team of innovation performance and project status Assure Project Status weekly Reports (Task Compliance)Generate Portfolio Management Reports and My Innovation Dashbord. Ensure 100% of initiatives are uploaded in My Innovation including key deliverables in order to comply with Latam monthly audits.Effectively interact with mid senior management level across a complex matrix of geographies, categories & functions, influencing the agenda, driving choices, facilitating decision making, risk assessment and conflict resolution.
