Our 8,700 employees support our approximately 65,000 customers in their digital transformation.The roleWe are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as:Quality and Processes AnalystSoftwareOneScope: Full-time | work model: hybrid| Location: MedellínHow a day to day would look like in this role.Identification and documentation of processes.Analysis, mapping, and elaboration of processes and their flowcharts.Propose improvements based on the results of the process indicators.Support in the management of continuous improvement projects.Assist in the development of guides and work materials based on best practices in continuous improvement projects.Propose improvement opportunities and carry out their implementation and follow-up until achieving the expected results.Conduct internal audits for incidents and requests made by the Service Center. Establish contact with users who have expressed negative opinions (detractors) to reach agreements that allow for improving their expectations.Structure and implement corrective actions according to the findings in the audits. Keep the KMDB updated and constantly growing.Encourage the different areas of Information Technology (IT) to keep the documentation and processes updated, which is crucial to ensure efficient and adaptable operation.Implement controls to ensure that all instructions coming from the information security and cybersecurity area are strictly followed.Develop, disseminate, apply, maintain, and improve quality technologies that allow verification, the application of corrective actions, and the improvement of internal processes and customer service.What we need to see from youProfile: Technical training, Systems Engineering or related fields with experience in audits, processes, and quality. Previous experience in roles related to quality management, processes, or projects in the field of Information Technology is valued.Required Qualifications:Solid knowledge of principles and methodologies of service management in the IT area.Technologies and tools used in the process of technology companies.Knowledge in agile methodologies (such as Scrum or Kanban).ITIL.DevOps.Version control.Project management tools.Desired Qualifications:Desired certification in ISO 9001.Desired certification in ISO 27001.Desired certification in ISO 20000-1.Soft Skills:Analytical skillsCommunication and teamworkResults-orientedBENEFITS:Direct and indefinite-term employment.
