Serving over 1 million customers annually across Europe under the esteemed brand CELLONIC®, we established our office in Bogotá, Colombia, in 2022, to support our team in Berlin.What We Seek: We're looking for individuals with a foundational understanding of category management, a readiness to learn, and the ability to support our Category Managers in Berlin.As an Assistant Category Manager, your responsibilities will include:Market and Competitive AnalysisEnsuring Product Data QualityAnalyzing Sales DataReporting Inventory ObservationsGenerating Improvement IdeasWHAT YOU'LL BRINGWhat We Expect:Degree in Business, Science, or a related field1-2 years of experience in category management, project management, or business developmentProficiency in Microsoft ExcelFamiliarity with Project Management tools (i.e. Asana) is a plusSolution-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skillsFluency in Advanced English (B2 level at a minimum); multilingualism is an asset.WHAT WE OFFERWhy Join Us? At subtel, we offer a stable and secure full-time position in the heart of Bogotá.
