Bilingual Accounting Manager

We are looking for a young, experienced Bilingual Accounting Manager to join our team of financial professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, plus experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software. They will also be proficient in preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and reconciling accounts.In this role, you will be responsible for:Overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations for our group of financial companiesPreparing financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholdersManaging budgets and ensuring that financial targets are metReconciling accounts and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurateMaintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulationsProviding guidance and support to accounting staffQualifications :Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the financial services industryStrong understanding of accounting principles and practicesExperience with QuickBooks and other accounting software (must learn EzLynx and Monday CRM)Proficient in preparing financial statements and profit and loss reportsAbility to manage budgets and track financial performanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamQuickBooks ExperienceSoftware Abilitiesprofit and lossBudgetingCommission Reconciliation and PaymentsAdditional features:Past Experience in the USMonday CRM ExperienceStrong Commitment to Previous JobsNivel de antigüedad Intermedio#J-18808-Ljbffr
