Position: Bilingual Project Manager LATAM Location: Remote (EST Timezone) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM EST Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic real estate development team!This role offers a unique blend of project management, organizational prowess, and administrative finesse.We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to tackle a diverse array of responsibilities.Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate on the strategic planning and flawless execution of our real estate development initiatives.Timeline and Budget Management: Assist in coordinating and managing project timelines, schedules, and budgets to ensure smooth operations and timely completion.Vendor and Contractor Communication: Interface with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain project documentation, including contracts, insurance certificates, and records.Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, documenting processes, and creating SOPs to enhance efficiency and organization.Financial Tracking: Support project financial tracking and budget management efforts to ensure projects stay within budget and meet financial objectives.Marketing and Social Media Assistance: Aid in social media posts, marketing initiatives, and advertising efforts to enhance our online presence and attract potential clients.Requirements: Proven experience in project management or related roles.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.Knowledge of real estate development processes and industry practices is preferred but not required.
