Job Description As a Billing Analyst , you'll play a vital role in our client's operations, ensuring the smooth flow of information and transactions in transportation logistics. Your responsibilities will include managing fees and price changes, tracking shipments, and facilitating document management processes. Work Arrangement: Onsite, Bogota / Medellin Dive In: Your Key Duties and Contributions Monitor and report fees and pricing changes. Ensure accurate billing information is provided to clients. Handle billing discrepancies and resolve them promptly. Assist in the smooth flow of information between various departments and clients. Download and present necessary documents to clients as required. Collect and organize relevant documents for billing and shipping processes. Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery. Identify any shipment-related issues and take appropriate actions. Proactively identify discrepancies in billing or shipping information. Escalate discrepancies with proper documentation for resolution. Manage document requests and uploads to the system. Ensure all necessary documents are collected and organized efficiently. Take a proactive approach to anticipate and address potential issues. Suggest improvements to streamline billing and shipping processes. Requirements Unlock Your Potential: Qualifications That Set You Apart Experience in transportation logistics, particularly in less than truckload (LTL) and packets shipping. Familiarity with billing processes and pricing management in the transportation industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and the MS Office suite, particularly Excel (medium knowledge). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
