Position: Business Development Representative - LATAM Location: Remote (CST Timezone) Salary: 1500 Base salary + Commissions Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM CST Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and organized Business Development Representative to join our team.This role is essential for managing inbound leads, coordinating sales activities, and supporting our sales team to drive revenue growth.Responsibilities: Lead Management: Follow up with inbound leads and coordinate calls to ensure effective communication and engagement.Outbound Campaigns: Execute prebuilt outbound cadences to attract new clients and reengage inactive leads.Appointment Coordination: Manage scheduling and rebooking of no-shows to maximize sales opportunities.Deal Nurturing: Collaborate with Account Executives to nurture deals through the sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth customer journey.Required Skills and Experience: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication abilities.Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.Nice-to-Haves: Prior sales experience, particularly in agency settings.Experience with cold-calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (training provided if necessary).
