Across our 28 dealerships along the eastern seaboard, we represent 35 of the top car brands in Australia, covering each of the volume, premium, luxury, and commercial vehicle categories.We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Automotive Business Manager to join our team at Cricks Maroochydore, which is a large multi-franchised Dealership retailing Subaru, Mitsubishi, Skoda, Honda, and used vehicles. The successful candidate will be a results-driven professional, who has exceptional work ethic and a strong client focus.Why working with us is great!- OTE of $150 plus! (comprised of salary, car or allowance, superannuation and commission structure).- Industry-leading commission plan, with uncapped earning potential.- Our staff and their families enjoy access to benefits such as discounts on vehicles, finance and servicing, discounted health insurance and access to our Employee Assistance Program.- Regular and ongoing training and support.- 5-day week, including Saturdays.- A great work and team culture.- The ability to undertake leadership and development training.Who are we looking for?The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:- Self-motivated and financially driven.- Current Tier II Certification and Financier Accreditations.- The ability to demonstrate strong results in current and previous Business Manager roles.- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in both a face-to-face and phone environment.- Process and procedure driven, with excellent time management skills.- Strong sales and negotiation skills.- The ability to build trust and rapport with both internal and external customers.- Confident computer skills.- Era and DealerCell experience will be highly regarded, but not essential.Your primary responsibilities will include:- Assisting the sales team with initial contact and follow up of all enquiries / leads, along with deal negotiation and closing sales.- Achieving targets and KPI's in relation to the sale of Finance, Insurance and Warranty products to dealership clients.- Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all our customers.- Accurate and timely reporting.- Ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met at all times.The application and interview process will be highly confidential.Please note, as part of our recruitment process the successful applicant will be required to undergo a National Police Check with a suitable outcome prior to confirmation of employment.
