This inclusive employer is a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.Job DescriptionThe RoleSupporting country accounting and finance needsFacilitate office internal and external financial audits.Continuous Process ImprovementWork closely with Treasury team to manage and track Intercompany settlements.Work closely with Tax team on tax calculations and disclosures.Prepare office period end reconciliations.Supporting country financial reporting activities to ensure that financial statements are accurate, produced timely and are in accordance with accounting standards (IFRS and USGAAP)Accountable for CAC office accounting reporting processes and systems.Closing the books in the most effective mannerWorking with the Finance Operation Network to deliver day to day financial controllership operations.QualificationsThe RequirementsAccounting degreeStrong knowledge and understanding of Finance processes and accounting fundamentals including applicable standards and framework (USGAAP and IFRS)High level of English speaking, writing and reading is required.Effective and inclusively working experience within and across shared services.At least 10 years of experience in Financial Accounting / Reporting, and/or Financial Controlling areas, also good experience in a global operating environment from multinational / multilatina entitiesProven interpersonal skills, to include communication and negotiation.Self-motivated and ability to work on own and to tight timescales.Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.Experience working with different countries and cultures is an advantage.Experience in Oracle R12 is desirable
