Job description:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients, playing a key role in evaluating their needs and ensuring a smooth intake process.

Responsabilities:
Responsibilities: 1. Phone Communication & Client Interaction: • Answer incoming calls, gathering client information and details about their case. • Transfer the call to the intake specialist post-retainer agreement sign-off. • Handle both inbound inquiries from potential clients and outbound calls for follow-ups. • Utilize internal software for sending SMS and/or emails for further communication. 2. Client Management: • Follow-up with potential clients via phone, email, or text. • Ensure consistent communication based on predefined frequency or until there's a response at various pipeline stages. 3. Case Consultation & Agreements: • Use a structured survey to evaluate if the firm can assist the potential client. • Clients with viable claims will be provided with a retainer agreement for signing.

Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:
Qualifications / Expectations: • Daily expectations are a minimum of 30 dials per day. • Expect to be on the phone for 4-5 hours per shift assisting clients • Agents will have monthly goals and must hit and/or achieve consistently • Experience with using MS Office (including Word, and Teams)Shift days, hours and time zone:
