Our Chief of Staff will lead a wide variety of our growing business areas - from improving our sales operations infrastructure, to lending a hand with product engineering, to working on projects with our founders. One of the most exciting parts of this position is that you'll be on the front lines of the company's most critical projects, and you'll have the opportunity to evolve your role and grow along with us.What you'll doIn this role, the Chief of Staff might work on a wide range of projects:Market research: conducting rigorous customer research to inform product decisions (and then work with the engineering team to implement)Sales Ops: creating the building blocks to support our revenue engine at different parts of the sales process. Offer guidance to our sales leaders by analyzing new business opportunities.Business Operations: overseeing staff / internal operations. Manage OKR and create decision making frameworksMarketing: manage our marketing efforts for brand awareness and lead gen, across multiple channels and managing different stakeholders, both internally and externally. Identify opportunities for optimization and refinement of marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.Process architecting: work closely with cross functional teams to establish and streamline business processes and system workflowsSpecial projects. Examples include setting up an outsourced operations team abroad, set up risk and analytics frameworks for customers, revamping the end-to-end customer journeyFuture for this role: The Chief of Staff will be working directly with the CEO daily.
