What You'll Do: Own, Manage, and Optimize Client Experience: Post-sale, including onboarding and relationship management. Assist clients in aligning, tracking, and achieving their desired goals and objectives. Ensure client relationships progress positively and timely, maintaining open communication lines. Deliver Exceptional Customer Support: Respond to and resolve challenges clients face, delivering periodic reporting, and conducting account reviews. Act as a Trusted Advisor: Provide guidance, support, and knowledge resources to facilitate the achievement of customer business objectives. Coordinate Internal Teams: Access additional resources and facilitate solutions and tools needed by customers, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and retention. Implement Strategies for Customer Success: Execute onboarding processes precisely, deliver customer feedback, advocate for solutions, and enhance customer engagements. Requirements: Quiet home office environment for taking and placing calls. High-speed internet connection (10+ Mbps). Desktop or fast laptop running Windows 11 or newer, with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB free hard drive space. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, HelpScout, and Zoom. Nice-to-Haves: Data entry skills, including fast and accurate typing. Strong attention to detail and data management abilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude. Experience in handling onboardings. Strong organizational skills
