The role reports to the Commercial Finance Director and will engage with stakeholders at all levels to deliver best in class analytics and reporting of financial and commercial insights. This individual will play a key role in the success of the company's commercial models and our client's commercial requirements. This person will be responsible for providing support to teams in LATAM and NAM; and will work closely with the LATAM account teams to assure commercial requirements are met.RESPONSIBILITIESThe Budget and Forecast Process.P&Ls and variances to plan.control: Opex, Capex, cashflow, working capital, etc.process improvements within the area.challenge commercial briefs to steer the business in the right direction.with reporting and commercial finance teams to provide accurate information for decision-making.exceptional service to both internal and external client teams.in constructing pricing lists, benchmarking, and pricing tools.grasp different financial objectives and commercial plans to support business initiatives.accurate data input by account teams for reliable output.and address financial reporting risks.controls to prevent or detect incorrect data.solutions and risks to clients and internal stakeholders.focus on financial performance and mitigate business risk.REQUIREMENTSPreferred 7+ years in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and/or similar roles.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Skills: Proficient in English (C1 or fluent).apps skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Quick to learn new technologies and systems.Software Proficiency: Extensive experience with SAP and finance consolidation systems.Skilled at working across cross-functional teams and multicultural environments.Improvement: Ability to understand and enhance complex processes.Management: Capable of managing large administrative data projects.Thinking: Confident in reviewing and challenging existing processes.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders.Skills: Well-organized with effective planning and time management abilities.Focus: Dedicated to providing high-quality service.Skills: Previous experience in reporting, data, and analytics teams.#LI-HybridNivel de antigüedad Intermedio#J-18808-Ljbffr
