"Compensation: USD 3 - 5/hour.+ Holiday pay (up to 2x pay rate).Location: Remote (for Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela residents).Skills: Beginner in customer care, technical support, and phone support.Responsibilities and more:- The primary responsibility is call-servicing, both inbound and outbound, for internal or external customers, and it may include additional activities as the client needs.- Additional activities can vary, including retention and sales initiatives/campaigns, account review activities, mobile device troubleshooting, and other support functions as needed.
