As a Customer Support / Backoffice Representative, you are part of the Operations team, the center of our business. You will provide best-in-class back-office customer service and review the incoming content (documents, reviews, images, etc.) submitted by users of the client application with the set of working procedures and manuals in place and approves only the content that meets all criteria presented by the guidelines, trainings and training materials provided by the client.

Within your role, you will: Review the incoming content (documents, reviews, images, etc.) submitted by users of the client application and approves only the content that meets all criteria presented by the guidelinesIdentify and escalate potential errors of the applications used to process reviews, as well as complex reviews that cannot be solved by applying the project's specific procedures and instructions, to the direct supervisor and / or the client designated team.Based on existing guidelines, identifies and informs client about potential frauds.Validates new valid documents used by customers.What will make you successful for the role: A C1 level of Spanish (both written & spoken)A B2 level of English (both written & spoken)Experience in Contact Center could be an advantageCuriosity, always looking for solutions Attention to detail and "willing-to-help" attitudeWillingness to work in 24/7 schedule in 3 shifts patternSounds good?
