Advanced English Proficiency - B2 Certified or C1, C2 - looking for certification (MUST). 5 years of experience as a teacher and coordinating teams in the preschool and lower elementary stages. Specific knowledge regarding educational regulations, pedagogical model with an emphasis on projects and cooperative methodologies, curriculum, technology, and learning strategies. Experience and management of teachers. Training and development. Pedagogical support for decision-making. Constant communication and good relationship with parents. Budget planning and management. Aesthetic and event planning.
