Demand Planning Analyst, your future role? You will be an important part of Taste & Wellbeing, which is at the heart of Givaudan. Demand planning is instrumental in Givaudan's continued strategic and operational-excellence. With focus on the Andean region, you will coordinate with relevant partners (Sales, Customer care, Supply chain), review historical data and identify trends, research demand drivers and analyse demand alerts to develop demand forecasts supporting excellence in our supply chain execution, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be based in our corporate office located in Bogota, working four days onsite and one from home a week.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Capture, analyse and update the forecast in the system (DP Toolkit) to achieve and improve main performance indicators (Forecast Accuracy and Forecast Bias) and to optimize inventory management.Communicate analysis results to the commercial and operations departments (with internal and external clients) to take the appropriate actions to obtain the Forecast and achieve business targets.Prepare and complete the monthly demand review with SalesMonitor the evolution of the business (Losses, Profits) to identify improvement opportunities in the S&OP processes.Manage the early warning process, including material/capacity availability (in collaboration with supply planning) to avoid delivery delays and material shortages to our customers.Identify opportunities to improve the forecast with the objective of improving customer service under the targets set by the Supply Chain area.You? Your professional profile includes:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.At least 3 years of experience in similar roles of demand planning at large companies of the foods, chemical or ingredients industries.Experience in international work settings.Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (SAP, BI/BO, or others).Upper-intermediate level of English, both oral and written.Knowledge of Forecasting (Statistical Models)Advanced level of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).Annual bonus.Medical insurance coverage.Career Development Opportunities with access to many virtual learning sessions.International working environmentQuality of Life program.#LI-Onsite
