No Relocation Assistance Offered# 159792 - Cali, Valle del Cauca, ColombiaJob Summary: Support the process of national distribution ensuring process efficiency, excellent service and reducing the logistics cost of the Company and owning the process with transport companies under the standards required by Colgate to ensure the most efficient delivery process to customers. Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Identify and implement efficiency projects that impact the distribution process and reduce the logistics cost of the Company. Lead efficiency and collaboration projects with customers. Responsible for coordinating transport for national distribution: Transportation availability, negotiation with carriers, purchases orders and freight billing process management, analysis of routes and deliveries, cost per ton tracking & follow up and extra cost control Responsible for generating logistical efficiencies through the load, saving on freight, route optimization, etc. Responsible for Freight to Customers Logistics cost. Work with Customer Service and warehousing ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of shared processes Develop Distribution operational budget. Develop & implement Capital Expense Budgets. Follow up and continuously improve Distribution KPI´s  Monitoring of Distribution process Performance (LPR) & Logistic Cost Assure Transportation resources availability Coordination of the the monthly results meeting with results Transport Companies Ensure the execution of credit notes and customer transporters missing Education & Qualifications: Experience with SAP Experience with Google Tools (Sheets, Data Studio) Experience with macros & scripts (Desirable) English Sophisticated.  Experience in Negotiation processes & Cost Management 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Distribution, Logistics, Supply operations or related fields. Desirable project management skills
