We are searching for the best talent for DPS Collaborative Planning Lead - Fixed term position (8 months) to be located in Bogotá - Colombia; Ciudad de México - México or Sao Paulo, Brazil. Purpose: This position will have a significant impact in Regional DepuySynthes Supply Chain leading the deployment of Collaborative Planning process and strategy across LATAM countries.
The purpose of this role is to guarantee that our strategy, methodology and best-practices are being implemented accurately by local operations.
You will be in charge of: * Implement, train, and audit our Collaborative Planning strategy in LATAM. * Work closely with our local planners to guarantee process performance. * In partnership with commercial team, build a common strategy for distributor management. * Connect with main Distributors across the region to identify barriers during strategy implementation. * Develop tools and process to solve identified issues and improve collaboration among companies. * Measure efficiency and advancement of strategy implementation. Key responsabilities : * Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position: * Implement, train, and audit our Collaborative Planning strategy in LATAM. * Work closely with our local planners to guarantee process performance. * In partnership with commercial team, build a common strategy for distributor management. * Connect with main Distributors across the region to identify barriers during strategy implementation. * Develop tools and process to solve identified issues and improve collaboration among companies. * Measure efficiency and advancement of strategy implementation. Education: * Bachelor's Degree - Industrial Engineer, Business Administration or similar. Required: * Microsoft 365 knowledge (Work, Power Point, Excel, Etc.). * Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate). * English - Advanced * Spanish - Advanced
