Job DescriptionThis position will be responsible for: table equipment/consumables related processes management, including: planning, procurement, delivery, transportation, etc.; related database update and data analysis; compliance with internal controls; relevant teams supervisionMain duties:Supervise all locations' (those within the area of responsibility) Equipment Specialists representatives, with the purpose of ensuring crucial equipment related processes are executed right and the team operates with high standardsSupervise all locations ES representatives in order improve equipment related KPIs in StudiosManage procurement and delivery of table equipment for all locationsPerform market research & communication with suppliersVisit the manufacturing plants with purpose to improve and adjust the equipment to the company's needsPlan and perform process optimization activities (to reach better equipment performance)Ensure the compliance of equipment related processes with submitted internal controls (approved by gaming control boards)Ensure the arrangement of safe and secure environment for sensitive table equipment in StudiosPerform table equipment related issue data analytics for all locationsParticipate during the audits and regulatory calls when it comes to table equipment related matters and issuesPerform equipment budgeting and planning for existing operations as well as new gamesCoordinate with other departments such as Floor Operations for operational and implementation tasksSupport locally with Research and Development of new products, inventing new prototypes of table equipment (if applicable)Organization of tests for prototype equipment /new games certifications collecting the data for analyses and conclusionMonitor and audit all equipment related processes (inspection, storage, utilization, etc.)Provide training to Equipment Specialist representativesExecute or coordinate training sessions for new equipment with other departments if neededRegularly report status updates to senior management Responsibilities:The employee is responsible for:A proper, high quality and timely execution of his job obligations.The compliance and accuracy of the provided information.QualificationsGood computer hardware knowledge, troubleshooting with an understanding of network architecturesPrevious IT and/or technical backgroundHandy with common toolsGood knowledge of EnglishUnderstanding of dependencies between electronics, mechanics and firmwareExperience with test equipment (multimeter or similar)Market research experienceUnderstanding of electronics and technical principlesPhotography or lightning experience are not required but beneficialLinux knowledge on basic stateA high sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team as well as alone and unsupervisedTo be a Multi-tasker, have team spirit and be likeableTo be able to plan and forecast effectivelyAttentive to detailsGreat problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressureExperience leading a team (managerial experience)(3D design, Printing) will be considered an advantageCreating and updating documentationEquipment reliability testing and incoming inspectionInventory experienceAdditional InformationThis position is an excellent opportunity to join the fast-growing Evolution team.
