Additionally, you will support the CEO in organizing corporate events and maintaining confidential information. Duties and responsibilities:- Inbound Communication Management: Handle inbound emails and leads in real-time, prioritizing inquiries from investors, clients, and other stakeholders.- Backend Management: Oversee the backend operations, ensuring systems are running smoothly and efficiently.- Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, answer queries, and provide necessary support to maintain strong client relationships.- Meeting Minutes: Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up with assigned tasks to employees, ensuring deadlines are met and actions are tracked effectively.- Task Organization: Organize tasks and assignments to ensure they are completed on time, keeping employees on track and accountable for their responsibilities.- Calendar Management: Manage calendars efficiently, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring all engagements are well-coordinated.Requirements- English proficiency (C1) Both reading and spoken.- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with remote executives.- Professional-level written and spoken English communication skills.- Proficiency in using G Suite / Microsoft Office.- Familiarity with construction materials and the construction industry.Nice to haveAdministration
