Executive Travel Coordinator

DPV Transportation Travel Coordinator DPV is looking to hire a bilingual Travel Coordinator to join our growing team! The overall responsibility is to answer telephone calls, accurately enter reservations, provide dispatch support, and respond to emails for reservations in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Communicate to the clients about our services, as well as provide support to drivers with the dispatch functions. Responsibilities: Answer telephone calls utilizing script for reservations for corporate and retail business Respond to emails in a timely manner Recommend potential services to clients Properly reserve, cancel and change reservations in town and out of town Set up customer accounts and profiles Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries Qualifications: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English proficiently Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Displays excellent customer service and communication skills Has the ability to manage delicate or tense client situations professionally. Basic knowledge of Microsoft office Data entry experience and dispatching experience Self-motivated Team player Working knowledge of global geography Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow directions Effective time management ** You are responsible to pay all of your own benefits.  Monthly salary: 3.500.000 COP This is remote position   Powered by JazzHR
