Then this may be the opportunity for you!• Works on the compliant, efficient and effective management of financial assets and resources in line with business strategy and operational requirements.• Focuses on monitoring, reporting and management of financial processes and specialist administration services.• Provides advice and guidance as well as ensuring appropriate financial governance and controls are in place.• Brings strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes, applications and systems, Enterprise Resource Planning e.g. S4, digital innovation in respective area of expertise that facilitates transformation to groundbreaking capability building.• Develop and manage financial policies and controls.• May be involved in different forms of accounting and reporting such as financial, management, cost and regulatory accounting depending on area of expertise.• May have responsibilities in managing accounting and reporting systems, but with a required expertise in financial management.How a day looks like:Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.Oversee and accompany the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Guarantee compliance with policies and procedures corporate and locally to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Coordination with teams across entity to ensure quality and timely results in SOX audit, internal audit and financial audit.Coordination and manage conversation with PwC audit team.Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support for business initiativesActive attention during the Internal and External Audit processes according to their function and team in charge.Guarantee the quality, reliability, and timeliness of the accounting information, validating that it is in accordance with the technical regulations, the company's policies and procedures and the legal requirements.Supervise the analyst statutory and manage financial statements under relevant local GAAP and IFRS principles in quality and on time.Promotes compliance with monthly and fiscal year closing schedules and specific projects in the market.Accompany the execution of financial and market controls, ensuring the proper functioning of the internal control systemEnsure communication between the parties contemplating the different phases and areas of work, keeping track of all the activities carried out, their traceability and current status.Guide and supervise the tasks of the team in charge.Accompany the entire execution of the legal entity assigned from the team resources aligned with responsibilities and accountabilities.Flexibility is key to success in our business and many of our people work flexibly in many different ways, including part-time, compressed hours, flexible location.
