You will play a key role in managing financial processes, consolidating data, preparing financial statements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will lead a team of skilled accounting professionals and contribute to the improvement of accounting operations and processes.Responsibilities:Plan, direct, and coordinate all accounting operational functions in Netsuite.Establish and maintain an effective system of internal controls over financial processes and reporting.Manage the timely accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for accurate accounting of consolidated business results.Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements.Coordinate activities of external auditors.Provide management with information vital to the decision-making process.Hire, train, and retain skilled accounting staff.Assess current accounting operations, offer recommendations for improvement, and implement new processes.Develop and monitor business performance metrics.Oversee regulatory reporting, including tax planning and compliance.Supervise the research of technical accounting issues.#J-18808-Ljbffr
