Job Description This is a remote position. As a Growth Marketer specializing in email marketing and SMS, we're seeking an individual who can lead our efforts to drive significant business growth through these channels. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of outbound and inbound email marketing and SMS strategies, as well as the ability to leverage CRM systems effectively to create funnels, nurture leads and drive conversions. The ideal candidate should be capable of working autonomously, proposing and executing innovative campaigns, and analysing campaign data to optimize results continuously. They should also be proactive problem solvers, comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adept at leveraging CRM systems to nurture leads and drive conversions. Requirements Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing and SMS strategies to achieve business growth objectives, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention. Create compelling and engaging content in for email marketing and SMS campaigns. Propose and execute creative email marketing and SMS campaigns, tailored to our target audience and aligned with overall marketing objectives. Utilize CRM systems to create workflows, email sequences, and SMS campaigns for effective lead nurturing and customer engagement. Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and maximize ROI, including tracking customer journeys and sales funnels specific to email marketing and SMS, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies, and making decisions and changes based on performance metrics. Proactively solve problems and address challenges to ensure campaign success, taking initiative and not waiting to be told what to do. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall team performance, contributing ideas to enhance all our marketing efforts and drive results. Take ownership of email marketing and SMS projects and initiatives, working independently and being accountable for results. Be results-driven, setting clear goals and metrics, and making data-driven decisions to drive growth and achieve marketing objectives specifically for email marketing and SMS. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in email marketing and SMS marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving marketing objectives specifically in these areas. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho) and data analysis tools specific to email marketing and SMS. Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving growth and innovation specifically through email marketing and SMS. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently, taking ownership of email marketing and SMS initiatives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely specifically in relation to email marketing and SMS. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in email marketing, SMS marketing, or related disciplines are a plus.
