Coordinate with the Dean for Student Affairs and Services, the College Deans, and the Head of the Guidance and Counseling Services Center (GCSC) of the Main Campus in the implementation of the guidance and counseling programs;Provides and conducts orientation on university guidance services to students;Provides and conducts individual and group counseling to students;Administers, scores, interprets tests and discusses results to students;Collect and maintain up-to-date information, profile, and record of students;Conducts evaluation of guidance activities and needs assessment of students as bases for guidance activities;Prepares and submits client narrative reports, and client monitoring records while maintaining the privacy of all data;Conducts research and evaluation to determine effectiveness of strategies and services implemented;Facilitates enrichment activities and training programs for students and faculty members;Conducts meetings and follow-ups on student concerns with the College Deans and parents;Participate in the events sponsored by the Office of the Dean for Student Affairs and Services and the GCSC of the Main Campus;Submit annual report of accomplishments and other related reports to the Head of the GCSC of the Main Campus;Provide support to the Head of GCSC of the Main Campus to ensure best practices and efficient operation of the center;Pursue appropriate professional development, including attendance (at the annual conferences) in the counseling and psychology professional organizations;Does related work.
