Payroll InternComplete onboarding training in a timely mannerComplete payroll tasks as assigned by mentor or manager:Coordinate with Transactions Analysts to ensure employee data impacting payroll, is efficiently and accurately captured and maintained in the payroll system within established deadlinesPerform checks, controls, variance analysis and reconciliations during pre-payroll processing and before payroll is finalizedGenerate reports for internal useSolve customer queries through internal case-management systemMaintain monthly reporting requirements on operations and certifications as per role requirementsIdentify process deficiencies and propose (up to implement) solutions as continuous improvementComplete as assigned a CI projectStudying Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, BBA or equivalentProficient in EnglishBasic to Intermediate knowledge of Excel Interest in HR, particularly Transactions and Payroll Operations
