Return to the home page Job Description - INGENIERO STAFF DE PROYECTOS (2407019438W) INGENIERO STAFF DE PROYECTOS - 2407019438W Description Cuál será su función El Ingeniero Staff de Proyectos es responsable de  brindar soporte técnico especializado, estructurar y ejecutar proyectos de Ingeniería, considerando diseño, selección, instalación, desarrollo, mejora, calificación y validación de equipos, procesos, sistemas y componentes de fabricación.
Debe proporcionar orientación técnica sobre equipos y procesos, trabajando en equipo con las diferentes áreas de la compañía, para identificar y aportar soluciones a las diferentes necesidades del negocio.
Debe realiza investigaciones de soluciones innovadoras para aplicaciones potenciales donde puede haber pocos o ningún precedente.
Responsabilidades clave Bajo una supervisión mínima y de acuerdo con todas las leyes/regulaciones nacionales aplicables, las políticas, los procedimientos y las pautas de las Compañía, el Ingeniero Staff de Proyectos debe:
• Liderar todos los aspectos de los proyectos de ingeniería para ofrecer a Kenvue la mejor solución técnica que permita alcanzar los objetivos de negocio.
• Liderar la preparación de Justificación de Proyectos de Ingeniería ante los comités locales, regionales y globales con el objetivo obtener su aprobación y los recursos necesarios para la implementación.
• Implementar proyectos de capital de equipos de fabricación en las categorías de seguridad, calidad, cumplimiento, aumento de capacidad, nuevas capacidades, mejora de procesos y mejora de costos.
• Liderar y ser un colaborador clave para el equipo local/regional. Ser una voz confiable para soluciones de ingeniería y asesoramiento técnico para Kenvue.
• Debe ser un líder de la compañía para identificar y proponer oportunidades e innovaciones, soluciones técnicas u optimizaciones.
• Respaldar planes que mantengan altos niveles de Eficiencia de Equipos Operativos (OEE) y bajos niveles de desperdicio.
• Apoyar la transferencia de conocimientos a los usuarios finales (Producción y Mantenimiento), incluidos conocimientos operativos, necesidades de calibración, mantenimiento predictivo/preventivo y ajustes. También puede incluir métodos y técnicas nuevos para la planta.
• Revisar, recomendar y gestionar contratistas para garantizar que tareas específicas se lleven a cabo de manera técnicamente sólida, segura y eficiente.
Qualifications Qué buscamos Calificaciones requeridas · Se requiere un título en Ingeniería en áreas técnicas, tales como Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Electromecánica, Química y afines.
· Conocimientos avanzados de inglés.
· Se requieren conocimientos técnicos relacionados con equipos y procesos. Se prefiere experiencia específica y conocimientos de BPM (6 a 8 años) en la industria de Consumo, OTC, Farmacéutica o de Alimentos.
· Se requiere conocimiento técnico en una o más de las siguientes tecnologías: Preparación de productos Cosméticos líquidos, Llenado y Empaque automatizado. Preparación y empaque de jabón en barra. Preparación y empaque de polvo. Manufactura de productos de protección sanitaria.
· Capacidad para trabajar y liderar equipos en un entorno multifuncional relacionándose con diferentes áreas de la compañía.
· Capacidad para gestionar o liderar actividades de proyectos importantes y múltiples contratistas.
· Se requiere capacidad para aplicar principios científicos y de ingeniería para resolver desafíos técnicos sofisticados y al mismo tiempo ser capaz de articular temas complejos en términos claros y concisos.
· Debe ser eficaz para trabajar de forma independiente y con todos los niveles de colegas y directivos.
· Se requieren habilidades analíticas. Aplicar y liderar la resolución de problemas estructurados complejos.
