Su objetivo es garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los recursos tecnológicos y brindar soluciones oportunas y eficientes a las necesidades de los clientes**Responsabilidades**:- Apoyar el proceso de entrega de equipos a los usuarios, verificando el estado, la configuración y el funcionamiento de los mismos.- Apoyar el proceso de instalación, actualización y desinstalación de software y aplicaciones en los equipos asignados.- Apoyar el proceso de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos realizando diagnósticos, reparaciones, limpiezas y pruebas.- Apoyar el proceso de soporte técnico a los usuarios, atendiendo sus consultas o requerimientos por diferentes canales de comunicación- Registrar y documentar las actividades realizadas en el sistema de gestión del área, siguiendo los protocolos establecidos.Competencias- Conocimientos básicos de informática, redes, sistemas operativos y aplicaciones.- Capacidad de comunicación efectiva- Orientación al servicio al cliente- Capacidad de análisis, diagnóstico y resolución de problemas técnicos.LI-DNI #LI-DNP
