Job Description Support the Talent Brand task on Geo Qualifications Strong written and oral English communication skills. Experience in content creation, digital marketing, graphic design. Experience in employer branding, brand marketing, reputation management. Background in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting operations. A thorough understanding of sourcing and recruiting metrics and KPIs, and a clear vision of how to measure performance and success with a focus on high-volume and specialty recruiting.  Experience in developing and implementing content and talent attraction strategies in fast-paced, high-velocity recruiting organizations. The ability to rise to a challenge - remain flexible, communicate openly regarding obstacles, and develop creative strategies to overcome those obstacles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; the ability to build solid relationships with a wide range of personalities and skill levels. A demonstrated mastery of marketing, social sourcing, and candidate experience improvement.
