Job DescriptionAbout This JobThis role is responsible for developing and delivering all standardized and custom-built merchandising solutions in Colombia & Venezuela, in coordination with the regional sales and delivery teams. As a Jr Delivery Analyst, you will be accountable for our customers implementations and develop a design for an optimal use of Nielsen software solutions.In this role, there is a high level of contact with the merchandising clients. You will need good communication skills to discuss all sides of the merchandising business with the client and be the Nielsen expert on our product portfolio. Most of your client base will be in Colombia & Venezuela.ResponsibilitiesDeep knowledge of the merchandising products and can advise the customer on a tailor-made solution design, including the necessary customizations and thus agree on the software solution design with the customer.Project Lead on merchandising deliveries in Colombia & Venezuela and have regular client contact and follow-ups on projects.Support the Nielsen sales team. Build up a strong partnership with the defined customers and inspire the customers, in accordance with the contractual agreements.Onboarding, training and support of new or existing customers on merchandising products.Works with colleagues in the delivery team to provide a professional clear response to all clients.Compiling and delivering documentation material for methodology questions and/or frequently asked questions.Ability to use different methodologies in order to improve the delivery of projects.Involved in global expert groups with your expertise and make your contribution.Travel Activity / Onsite Activity.Contributes to an ethical, positive, and productive corporate culture, to drive our business growth the coming 3-5 years.QualificationsStrong communication skills (English, Spanish)Ability to build good relationships with external and internal stakeholders Reliability and commitment in the project and supportAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel and Office Tools.Experience in planogramming tools, preferably Nielsen Spaceman or JDA Space Planning would be valuable.Database knowledge of MS Access/SQL Server.
